RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zentraco, we want you to love what you wear. Each piece is crafted and inspected with care — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• You can request exchange for a different size or design of equal value.
• Exchange requests can be made via Customer Support or email with order details.

Return Policy

We currently offer exchanges only, not refunds.

In rare cases of damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement.

Process

• Contact support with order number and reason for exchange.
• Send item back to provided address after approval.
• Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days after inspection.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sale, discounted, or promotional items
• Custom-stitched or altered articles
• Items without original tags or packaging

Zentraco reserves the right to decline exchanges if the product does not meet policy conditions.
